FAQ
Straight answers.
How is this different from an AI render app?
Those tools invent a building. We stay on your building. Massing, camera, and facade stay true to the file you send.
Do you need the 3D model?
No. The exported still is enough. The model helps if you have it.
Can you change the building?
No. We do not add wings, move docks, or restyle the skin. We fix light, sky, glass, landscape, and life.
Who owns the files?
You do, for that project. We keep a before/after pair for the book unless you say otherwise.
How much for stills only?
Stills Rescue is count-based: 1–2 stills $465 each, 3–5 stills $365 each, 6–10 stills $295 each, 11+ quote. Turnaround 48–72 hours. Call (346) 483-5600.
What’s in Deck Grade?
For architects and brokers with renderings that look dated or fake — we rescue them first, then animate. Architecture-focused; no voiceover. :45 with 4 rescued stills is $2,295; :60 with 5 is $2,795. Extra still $295 (~+10s). Licensed score, logo overlay, title and outro, one pacing revision included.
What if I only need the film?
If stills are already photoreal, that’s Animated Film: :45 from 4 client stills $1,295 · :60 from 5 client stills $1,595 · extra still $295. No rescue, no retouching. Need a longer developer cut with script, AI VO, and a vertical? That’s Launch Film (we rescue first). Architects or brokers who want an architecture-focused cut with no VO? Deck Grade (rescue first). Not sure which you need? Send the files and we’ll tell you free.
How fast for a film?
Do not buy Deck Grade after day 5 of a two-week deadline if the film has to land on day 15. Stills still will.
What markets?
Industrial brokers, developers across all property types, and architects (white-label). Home base is Houston, TX. Most of the live CGI right now sits in DFW, Houston, El Paso, Laredo, and Austin.
Is this intro pricing?
Yes. Intro prices hold for the first 5 paid jobs; then stills go up 10–15% and films go up $200–400.
Not sure if my renderings need a rescue?
Send them and we’ll tell you free. Photoreal frames go to Animated Film. Dated or fake frames get rescued first (Listing Teaser, Deck Grade, or Launch Film).
