PROJECT
Biloxi, MS · Hospitality concept
Our client came to us with a couple of white massing renderings from their Biloxi Bay project. The forms were right, but the images had no materials, no light and no life. They described the feel they wanted the property to convey and asked Second Look Creative to bring it to life, then cut a 60-second marketing film with an underscore. We dressed the tower in warm terracotta, stone and floor-to-ceiling glass, set it at golden hour and dusk, and filled the arrival court and cascading pool with guests. The aerial now shows the property as it would really sit on the bay, with the marina, the beach and the tree line.
From a handful of reference images, we also pictured the spaces inside: a double-height lobby lined in walnut with a curved mezzanine, a typical guest suite looking out over the Gulf, a warm, busy restaurant under walnut drum pendants, and the palm-lined promenade that ties the resort together. The stills and the film give the developer one consistent look to carry through the investor deck, the website and the leasing package.
